I also like to draw and when I draw, I like to depict reality. But when I stand in front of a canvas, I always end up painting/ creating abstract art. Working abstract is incredibly liberating as you are completely left to your inner self. There are then for the moment no rules to relate to, but it is for me about getting in touch with my subconscious. So, what you see in my abstract paintings is something that lived or lives within me.
